My favorite post work out drink. Make a big batch so you can freeze anything you won’t drink right away in individual cups or bottles to take with you on the go in the future.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ banana
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Blend ingredients. Makes 1 serving. There are SO many smoothies out there that are great, just make sure there is a protein or healthy fat in it so it will satisfy you (examples: Greek yogurt, Nuts, Chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter/nut butter, avocado).
