Healthy Oatmeal Bars

Looking for a way to cut out those sugary cereals and start your day off right? This recipe has no added sugar, it’s easy and filling. Double or triple the batch and feed the whole family for the week.


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup raisins or dark chocolate chips (optional)



Mash the bananas. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put in greased oven safe dish (I use this Pyrex 6 cup rectangular dish which measures 8.75″ L x 6.75″ W x 3.375″ H) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
